How is your law firm paid?

We represent plaintiffs and putative class members on a contingency basis, which means that we advance all fees and costs necessary to prosecute a case and are only paid if we are successful in recovering money through a judgment or settlement. The amount of attorneys’ fees and costs we ultimately recover is decided by the court.
